Welcoming

While nothing official is planned, guests staying at the Hyatt Regency Indian Wells are welcome to drop by Aqave Sunset, the lobby bar. We'll be stopping by around 8PM to briefly say hello to anyone who might be there.

Wedding Ceremony

Our wedding ceremony will take place at St. Theresa Catholic Church in Palm Springs. 

Guests are asked to arrive by 1:30PM. The ceremony will begin at 2:00PM. 

Driving from Los Angeles / West: We recommend arriving at St. Theresa's first, as it is ~40 minutes west of Indian Wells. You can then make your way over to Indian Wells where our reception will be held. There is ample parking in the parking lot and on adjacent streets. 

Already at the Hyatt: For those who have already arrived at the Hyatt Regency Indian Wells, we will be providing transportation to / from St. Theresa for the ceremony. Please meet at 12:30PM in the valet area for the shuttle bus.

Wedding Reception

The reception will be held at the Indian Wells Ballroom at the Hyatt Regency Indian Wells. 

The Ballroom is directly across from the main entrance of the Hyatt Regency Indian Wells.

Our reception will begin with a cocktail hour at 4:30PM, followed by dinner and dancing into the evening.
